- Competitive Pay: $50,000 per year with on-target earnings of $70,000
- Work Site Location: Addison, TX (hybrid)
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative
- Drive outbound outreach through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest and connect with decision-makers.
- Uncover and qualify leads by asking the right questions and identifying real sales opportunities.
- Team up with Sales and Marketing to move prospects through the funnel and convert interest into action.
- Keep it all organized in Salesforce to optimize sales worklflows, ensuring every interaction is logged and every lead is tracked.
- Schedule meetings that stick—you’ll set appointments and make sure high-quality leads show up ready to talk to maintain a high attendance rate for SQLs.
- Get hands-on with emerging markets by supporting specialized vertical initiatives and new pilot programs that shape our future sales strategies.
- Pitch in across the board, supporting team goals and special projects that keep our momentum strong.
Your Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A high school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)
- A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident in making high-volume outbound calls and knows how to break the ice.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus
- Background in sales is preferred—whether it’s B2B, inside sales, retail, or door-to-door
