Whitman College is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer (EEO).POSITION PURPOSEReporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Consultant provides desktop hardware and computing support, network printer repair and installation, and general assistance to all technology users on campus. This position collaborates closely with IT colleagues to maintain an information technology environment that supports the goals of Whitman College and meets the evolving needs of faculty, staff, and students.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESTechnology Support & Service (50%)

Hardware & Printer Maintenance (40%)

Project Participation & System Improvement (5%)
