What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and connect with commercial property managers and subcontractors
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through networking and outreach
- Conduct discovery meetings to align client needs with our services
- Represent Paschal at industry events and build brand visibility
- Track activity and performance in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed business development goals
