They bring excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help drive marketing, events, proposals, and client development efforts.PERKS:Immediate opportunity to support a high-performing business development team within a top-tier law firm!Flexible hybrid schedule for work-life balance!Competitive annual salary of $60k-$70k DOE!Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement contributions!RESPONSIBILITIES:Support corporate practice group marketing by tracking industry trends, managing experience databases, and coordinating league table and ranking submissions.Partner with the Managing Director and Business Development Manager to implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives.Prepare and maintain proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials; track progress and outcomes of new business efforts.Coordinate internal meetings and external events, including logistics, content development, CLE applications, and vendor relations.Manage and update digital content for the practice group across the website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.Maintain marketing contact lists and ensure CRM data integrity for campaigns, alerts, and invitations.Track and report key marketing metrics and contribute to content development, public relations, and directory submissions.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.Strong understanding of transactional and corporate practice areas and terminology.Experience with legal ranking submissions, industry league tables, and proposal responses.Familiarity with CRM platforms, experience management databases, and marketing tools.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive, professional demeanor.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
