Job description: This is a full-time position on a construction jobsite with main location in the Puget Sound Region. The Construction Quality Control System Manager is responsible for overall management of CQC and has the authority to act in all CQC matters for Garco Construction, Inc. on the project to which they are assigned. The qualified candidate must be detail-oriented, knowledgeable of construction related laws, codes, and regulations, and be able to, among other duties assigned from time to time:

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $140,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and use a computer. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The Employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
