Job description: ServiceMaster is seeking candidates for cleaning in commercial buildings.This position is located in Georgetown. Position will be Monday-Friday for 2 hours in the evenings and will also be needed for 1 weekend day as well (Fri, Sat or Sun). Additional information will be given during a phone interview.This is a part-time position working 16-17 hours a week in the evenings.
- All applicants must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have their own legal, reliable transportation

Job Position Description:This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s buildings by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Overall duties include maintaining common space areas
- Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Place safety hazard signs in the building including “wet floor” signs as necessary
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Expected salary: $13 per hour
