Job description: The OpportunityThe IT Business Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing our End User Computing (EUC) environment, which includes managing Windows, Mac, mobile devices, desktop and application virtualization platforms, as well as new user onboarding, software and access services, and device experience monitoring. This role is crucial in driving the modernization, deployment, and operation of our EUC platforms and services. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization abilities, excellent collaboration skills, and high resilience.The TeamThe End User Computing team is comprised of computing consultants, business analysts, and project managers, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional digital experience to our end users. EUC team members partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security Engineering, and other End User Technology and Enterprise Infrastructure teams.
