Compensation Range: $40 – 50 per hourWe’re seeking a Brand Coordinator with a strong brand and design background to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all assets. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for design, project management skills, and the ability to triage requests and audit creative work as needed. If you’re a creative-minded project manager with a passion for brand consistency, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee brand asset requests and audits.
- Execute brand designs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines by reviewing and refining design and copy.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams to support brand enablement projects.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and training materials.
- Support brand governance efforts, including asset management and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with process improvements and brand alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (design, marketing, communications, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, creative services, or a related field.
- Background in design and production.
- Strong knowledge of branding principles, design, and brand governance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and brand management tools.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
