Join us to be part of a team that values your skills, listens to your input, and makes a meaningful difference in the community.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across SNF, CCRC, AL/IL/MC providers, including executives and clinical leadersStay current on regulatory trends and operational challenges impacting post-acute care to position HealthPRO-Heritage’s value effectivelyDevelop and execute strategic market development plans with measurable goals and timelinesConduct market research on prospects, competitors, and influencers to inform sales strategyLeverage CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and refine outreachGenerate leads, schedule meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and close contractsRepresent the company at trade events and speaking opportunities to strengthen market presenceIdentify opportunities for service expansion and ensure competitive positioningCollaborate cross-functionally to support the sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships post-saleQualificationsBachelor’s degree and 3+ years of healthcare sales experienceProven ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently exceed quotasStrong relationships with key decision-makers in post-acute care settingsSkilled in strategic planning, business analysis, and CRM systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of post-acute market dynamics and reimbursementDetail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focusedAbility to travel weekly; valid driver’s license required
