Job description: Description :The hiring range for this opportunity is $100,000 to $115,000 annually along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.POSITION SUMMARYHuman Resources Business Partner – Contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a best-in-class culture as the enterprise grows and scales. Focuses on being highly integrated in their designated business groups and partners closely with leaders to help craft programs and policies to support achievement of performance goals.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for building relationships with the team to implement strategies that meet the development objectives of their clients.
- Partner with business leaders to provide proactive employee relations solutions to create a culture supporting business growth.
- Lead the delivery of world-class Human Resources services and programs to address critical business needs and employ effective measures of success.
- Drive in conjunction with leadership, the identification of top talent and critical roles to support the succession planning process at the business unit level.
- Facilitates company culture that celebrates and honors diverse thinking and inclusivity.
- Monitor and sharp focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
- Develops people-oriented programs to positively impact change management.
- Implements objective and data-driven coaching and development feedback to leaders and employees across the enterprise.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, preferred.
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI), preferred.
- 5 years of Human Resources experience including 3 years as a Human Resources Business Partner, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate project management skills and ability to drive programs independently.
- Ability to analyze data with the purpose of delivering actionable results.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the enterprise.
