- Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
- Process all sales orders by engaging directly with customers and answering an inquiries
- Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner and gain exceptional knowledge of services to be an expert
- Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
- Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
- Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company
Entry Level Business Manager Requirements:
- Tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The successful Entry Level Business Manager will be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company
- Show the ability to engage and interact with individuals in a professional manner
