- In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of the HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to the team’s success while the department undergoes an HR transformation project.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/HourResponsibilities:
- Provides administrative and technical support for learning activities, performance processes, and development programs.
- Manages portfolio of learning experiences (e.g., classes and simulations) including coordination, communication, registration, and post-experience evaluations.
- Participates in the creation and execution of development programs and teambuilding events.
- Reports on pre-established workforce metrics; identifies potential explanations for data trends.
- Builds and supports vendor relationships.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., succession planning, performance management).
- Ability to work comfortably with all levels and all areas of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP’s SuccessFactors is preferred.
