Job description: DescriptionThe Director of Research Computing in the Department of Radiation Oncology is a senior technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the department’s entire research computing infrastructure, including high-performance computing (HPC) and storage systems. Reporting to the Department CAO and Vice Chairs of Research, this position leads the design, development, and management of a state-of-the-art medical imaging research data center.The environment includes a robust multi-CPU/GPU architecture with virtual and physical servers, supporting advanced parallel computation and housing a complex medical imaging information system with DICOM data and quantitative imaging features. The Director will manage both hardware and software solutions to enable efficient data ingestion, harmonization, model development, and deployment-driving innovation and performance across inter- and intra-departmental research initiatives.Salary: $9,408.33 – $21,408.33 monthlyQualificationsRequired:
