- Serve as the department time administrator by ensuring hourly associates are paid for the correct amount of work hours.
- Ensure the department’s time records remain in compliance with Corporate’s document retention requirements.
- Review, approve and process Time Off Requests for monthly and hourly associates.
- Create weekly and monthly time reports for management review.
- Run monthly BW Metric Reports in SAP
- Coordinate associate onboarding for new hires, transfers, and promotions. Coordinate off boarding for associates leaving Technology Services.
- Verify and process vendor invoices using SAP, including validating costs and completion of work.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; including commercial airline, rental cars, company cars, shuttles, hotels, etc. Collaborate with the travel department as needed.
- Assist in the daily operation of the Technology Services department by assisting technicians with various questions/situations, processing correspondence, filing personnel related items, and processing incoming and providing general office administrative support.

- Associate degree or equivalent in a general office administration field
- 2+ years administrative support in an office setting
- Highly organized, efficient, accurate, process oriented, and detail oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, customers, and other partners.
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills to develop practical and effective solutions to complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative support experience supporting a C level executive.
- 2+ years of experience in a technology related field
- Experience with Clarity and Open Workbench
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of project management principles
