Job description: The University of Iowa is seeking a Test & Balance Specialist within FM Building Operations & Maintenance. This position works independently under the guidance of the Controls Engineering Manager, duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to testing, adjusting and balancing of air and/or hydronic building environmental systems using specialized tools and test equipment, to attain performance standards & to optimize system performance. Working environments will include administrative, educational, lab and hospital, animal facilities.This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment.
