You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences that drive engagement and conversion.Additionally, this role is expected to champion best-in-class UX, with a strong emphasis on crafting delightful user experiences coupled with a premium, polished visual aesthetic. You will help shape a design culture rooted in quality, creativity, and strategic thinking-ensuring every touchpoint reflects both functionality and elegance.This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, obsesses over micro-interactions, and wants to make a measurable impact at the intersection of premium outdoor gear and digital innovation.Key Responsibilities:· Own the UX strategy and execution for core site experiences-navigation, PDPs, landing pages, checkout, mobile optimization, and more.· Lead the design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.· Translate business goals and user insights into intuitive flows and clean, on-brand interfaces.· Partner with product managers and developers to prioritize and ship high-impact design improvements.· Apply and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scale quality across touchpoints.· Analyze behavioral data (e.g., heatmaps, session replays, analytics) to uncover friction and opportunity areas.· Plan and run user testing, surveys, and usability studies to validate hypotheses and refine experiences.Qualifications:· 5+ years of experience designing responsive, consumer-facing digital experiences-ideally for eCommerce or DTC brands.· Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polish.· Deep experience with Figma (or similar tools), Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping methods.· Proven ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design.· Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.· Strong grasp of accessibility, performance, and responsive design best practices.· Bonus: Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), headless CMS, or front-end collaboration.Why Join Us?· Be part of a high-growth, customer-focused digital team.· Opportunity to shape and enhance a leading eCommerce experience for an iconic brand.· Work in a collaborative and data-driven environment where your ideas make a real impact.· Competitive compensation and benefits, and an active environment with passion for sports.· Discounts on great gearHow to Apply: If you’re passionate about optimizing digital experiences and driving business growth through product innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
