Job description: HouseCalls Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Business Account Manager to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B healthcare strategies to promote HouseCalls Home Care as a trusted industry partner.
- Increase awareness within the local medical community about our home care and care management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, nurses, and referral sources.
- Actively network with healthcare professionals and establish trust within the industry.
- Develop and manage marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Cultivate working relationships with various insurance companies to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and business development.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and healthcare advancements.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $95,000 per year (based on experience)
