This position supports the B2B training team with content through various resources, video, PowerPoint presentations, printed materials, Webex, etc.Through strong business partner consultation, you will bring your creativity, cutting edge technical know-how and passion for adult learning to create best-in-class learning programs and solutions. You will use your instructional design expertise to design and develop innovative learning experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands creativity, high quality, and consistency.Strong candidates will have a proven track record of success in developing asynchronous online learning for highly skilled and educated adult learners. You will use your understanding of the latest instructional technologies to keep us at the forefront of e-learning trends. Job Description:
- Effectively develop course content and materials as well as facilitators and participants’ guides for B2B program
- Professionally create PowerPoint presentations that will be used for the training team to facilitate trainings with carrier, channel, and direct touch teams. Partner with program leadership to develop new and interactive ways for trainer’s to facilitate training
- Develop business purpose, target population, course objectives, course maps, task analysis plan, assessment plan for all training verticals
- Provide weekly status reports to include plan and unplanned tasks started and completed
- Design lesson objectives, instructional strategy, delivery media and assessment for all B2B programs
- Effectively design/implement training materials to enhance the overall learning experience
- Innovate new and fun ways to engage the team in training and development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related subject required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years in instructional design with a concentration in sales development and strategies
- Experience applying principles of behavioral sciences and adult learning
- Experience systematically searching for related information
- Strong critical thinking abilities (abstract and concrete) with a tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
