- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and support top-tier clinical leadership and staff.
- Collaborate with Business Development to expand community outreach and access to care.
- Drive staff development through innovative training and education programs.
- Represent the agency on internal and external committees to advance organizational goals.
✅What You Bring
- Registered Nurse (RN)licensed in Connecticut.
- Proven leadership inhomecare or community healthsettings.
- Deep understanding ofnursing standards, healthcare regulations, and performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge ofcompliancewith state, federal, and accrediting bodies.
