- Clean carpets using professional equipment and effective techniques to achieve thorough results.
- Perform floor care tasks, such as buffing and maintaining other surfaces to ensure a polished finish.
- Handle residential and commercial cleaning projects while following safety protocols and company standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies for optimal use and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks effectively.
- Adhere to environmental guidelines to promote responsible and sustainable cleaning practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for traveling between job sites.
