Compensation Range: $40 – 50 per hourWe are seeking a hybrid Campaign Manager to support our financial services client’s credit card marketing initiatives.This role sits within the Card Marketing Activation & Transformation (CMAT) team, which manages campaigns that deliver targeted communications to both prospective and existing credit card customers. As part of the Chief Administrative Office within Card Services, this position plays a vital role in executing strategic marketing efforts.Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple credit card marketing campaigns of varying complexity across multiple delivery channels such as email, direct mail, and digital ads.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate end-to-end campaign execution.
- Manage campaign documentation, including requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the campaign execution process.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and develop efficiencies in campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years marketing execution, project coordination or similar experience
- Possess an understanding of core marketing channels: Digital, Email, Direct Mail.
- Preferred work experience in a regulated industry with an understanding of the risks and controls functions and their impacts on marketing campaign management.
