This role is designed for individuals who prefer working in an office setting, utilizing software and programs to download data points and assist with CAD design. The position may also include courthouse deed research and requires adherence to health and safety policies.Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD software and programs to download data points.
- Assist with in-office CAD design.
- Conduct courthouse deed research as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
- Support municipal clients, water and sewer authorities, private development, and utilities.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with civil design and land development.
- 1-5 years of experience in civil design and drafting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CAD certification.
- Construction experience.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Surveying Technology, or CAD.
- 2+ years of experience in civil design.
Work EnvironmentThe position is office-based in a cubicle setting with the option to work one day a week from home. Office locations include Harmar, White Oak, and Kittanning. The role offers opportunities for growth, client interaction, and gaining additional certifications. Within 12 months, you will have the chance to travel to construction sites, meet contractors, network with industry professionals, and work on local projects from start to finish alongside a supportive team.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
