This is a hands-on position responsible for the deep cleaning and disinfection of medical facilities and equipment throughout the tri-state area, with additional travel out of state. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a meticulous approach to cleaning, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The person who is in this role will be on a fast track to management with compensation adjusted to match.This is a second shift position requiring flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Detailed Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Disinfection:
- Perform thorough deep cleaning and disinfection of medical facilities, including operating rooms, procedure rooms, patient rooms, and common areas.
- Deep clean and disinfect medical equipment, including surgical tables, sterilizers, and other specialized equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning agents.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning and disinfection activities.
Requirements:
- Skills:
- Strong cleaning and disinfection skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Availability: Must be available to work second shift and travel out of state.
