Job description: Architectural Designer / Drafter – Cleveland, Ohio – JOB 25-01214 Pay Range: $22.00 – $32.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Cleveland, Ohio area Architectural Firm seeks a detail-oriented Architectural Designer / Drafter who can generate drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit. REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an architectural drafting/design role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; working knowledge of 3ds Max or similar visualization software is a plus.
- Develop architectural drawings and construction documents
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and renderings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing standards.
