Job description: Seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistance with strong Excel skills. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity in Benicia.Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Data Entry. Position requires answering phones on a multi-line phone system, greet and direct foot traffic, prepare conference rooms for guests and meetings, assist the General Manager with projects, assist HR with filing, mail certified letters, and also assist the accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.Preferred Experience:2-3 years office experienceHuman Resources and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable knowledgeMid-level to advanced Excel knowledge requiredMulti-line phone system experienceOffice professionalismUnderstands filing alpha and numericStrong attention to detailExcellent organization and communication skills***We are looking for a fast learner, attention to detail is a must, and ability to take ownership of tasks assigned. Must also be a team-player but, can work alone on projects.***Starting pay is $27.00 an hour DOE***Normal work hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, but may change to 7:00am-3:30pm starting Memorial Day and ending Labor Day, only for the summer.

Expected salary: $27 per hour
