In this role, you will partner with a global network of cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver solutions that attract, grow, and retain a niche talent segment doing important and meaningful work. Your days will be a blend of tactical, hands-on activities as well as thinking big by using your creativity and passion to build unique experiences for our workforce. Focus areas will include (but not be limited to) employee engagement, communication strategy, cultivating culture, policy creation, and specialized compensation.This role will support regions both in the U.S. and abroad. We are seeking someone who can effectively collaborate with business leaders at all levels across a global footprint, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong business acumen. You will be the champion of Amazon’s culture and values, partnering with your team and clients to collectively build the most customer obsessed solutions.Key job responsibilities

Together this team of HR specialists and HRBPs develops cross-cutting programs and delivers localized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
