Job description: We’re searching for an efficient, hardworking cleaning professional who is committed to providing our clients with a spotless experience. Our Apartment Cleaners perform a variety of tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning a variety of surfaces and areas. Ideally, you have experience with cleaning products and the capacity to do deep cleaning tasks regularly. - Sweep and vacuum floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Dust surfaces and blinds
- Review cleaning specifications for each residence
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchen, sinks, vanities, toilets, tubs, windows, and mirrors
- Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect rental units after tenants move out in preparation for new tenants
Qualifications:
- We prefer applicants with 1+ years experience, but not a requirement
- Possesses a strong work ethic along with time management and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds, perform strenuous labor on a consistent basis, and stand and bend for long periods of time
- Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques
- Applicant must have valid driver’s license
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
