We’re looking for a seasoned professional Program Manager to lead high-impact programs from concept to launch, driving critical initiatives for a global biopharma leader. - Lead Strategic Program Launches: Drive the planning, execution, and management of high-impact programs, particularly focusing on product launches, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate and Influence: Partner with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to define project strategies and drive successful outcomes.
- Executive Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to senior leadership, addressing project status, timelines, and potential challenges.
- Project Management Excellence: Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular project assessments and implement strategic adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven program management experience within the biopharma industry or a related field (e.g., consulting, large tech).
- Demonstrated experience in product launch management within the biopharma sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and influence senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and its unique challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within large tech, consulting, or biopharma sectors.
- Experience with non-technical program management, focusing on qualitative strategy and business consulting.
