What You’ll Do
💡 Design with Purpose – Develop visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that align with product goals and enhance the user journey.
🔍 User-First Approach – Conduct usability testing, gather real-world feedback, and iterate designs to ensure an exceptional user experience.
📐 Bridge the Gap Between Design & Development – Create detailed documentation, prototypes, and design assets for a smooth handoff to developers.
🤝 Collaborate & Innovate – Work alongside Software Development, Product, and User Research teams to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
🎨 Elevate Design Systems – Contribute to a scalable design system that supports multi-tenant solutions while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
What You Bring
✔ User-Centered Design Thinking – You understand what makes an interface intuitive and user-friendly.
✔ Visual & Interaction Design Expertise – You have experience with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
✔ Collaboration & Communication – You can clearly present design solutions and work cross-functionally with developers, researchers, and stakeholders.
✔ Problem-Solving Mindset – You think critically and adapt to challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
✔ Technical Awareness – You understand front-end development concepts to ensure your designs are feasible and effective.
Qualifications
📌 Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field OR equivalent certifications (IDF, NNG, Coursera, etc.).
- 3-5 years of UX design experience in SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of front-end development concepts.
📌 Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech and knowledge of AI-driven UX enhancements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile (SAFe).
