Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.Hybrid 3x a week- (Seattle, WA)In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and can keep up in a fast-pacedenvironment. The bulk of the work is designing ads in Photoshop/Figma and building the final ads usingDDM’s proprietary ad building platform. This candidate should possess the ability to learn quickly;adopting DDM’s internal platform while also providing feedback and suggestions to developers andsenior UX/UI designers to further enhance its functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter; someonewho can organize their workflow with minimal supervision. The position entails having to communicatewith client solutions managers and other internal stakeholders to manage timelines to produce andinform campaign creatives.To be successful in this role, we’d expect you to:
- Possess solid design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, & branding)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pivot quickly and engage productively with constructive feedback.
- Translate client needs and brand guidelines into captivating ad design.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to organize their own workflow.
II. Essential Job Functions45% – Production design
- Execute post-production of all digital ad display units using HTML builder platforms like Celtra or
- similar.
- Ensure that all of the ads are properly optimized keeping in mind industry standards.
40% – Digital Design
- Design digital advertising campaigns while keeping the client’s goals and brand guidelines in
- mind
- Keeping up with the latest trends and tools.
10% – Collaboration with Activations and Product teams
- Communicate and support project managers to execute ads and use platform components to
- support the client’s product objectives.
5% Troubleshooting with Engineers
- Work alongside developers and engineers to troubleshoot and improve the functionality of DDM’s
- native platforms.
- Make recommendations for new products and features to enhance the platform.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experienceExperience: 3-5 yearsSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Adobe Photoshop

- Excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Excel/Google Suite
- Basic understanding of CSS & HTML

- Familiarity with JIRA or similar product management software

Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
