Job description: Our Client, an Electric Power And Gas Distribution Operations company, is looking for an Administrative Specialist III for their Charlotte, NC/ Plainfield, IN/ Cincinnati, OH/ Hybrid location.Responsibilities:
- Workers at this level provide administrative support to all work groups in the organization. Support will space cross regionally, i.e. Carolinas, FL, MW, Projects and Governance.
- At this level, the worker has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- This level works within established procedures with a moderate degree of oversight and serves in a non-exempt capacity.
- Uses business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) to process invoicing, badge activation, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Maintains Excel reports, training templates, files and calendars.
- Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses/time sheets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience.
- High School Diploma/GED
