Compensation Range: $48.40 – 50.40 per hourOur client is seeking experienced Digital Account Managers to help build and expand their advertising solutions, leveraging proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing advertising partnerships and executing strategic campaigns. This role involves collaboration with internal teams such as Ad Sales, Product, and Marketing, as well as external partners including brand managers, analytics and e-commerce teams, and national media and shopper marketing agencies.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, maintaining account health and identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue.
- Lead campaign kickoffs and ongoing performance discussions with clients.
- Provide technical support on campaign specifications and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Meet all performance goals and role-specific metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (four-year college).
- Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and working cross-functionally to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated success in building effective media plans and campaign recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with advertising data, analytics tools, and DMP technologies.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and comfort working with large data sets.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizations while remaining agile and efficient.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to evolving needs.
- Strategic and tactical thinking to help drive client investments in media and advertising.
