Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, one of the nation’s top janitorial companies, is seeking a cleaning supervisor Assistant position. A Cleaning Supervisor will be overseeing and training new hires as well as ensuring that cleaning task are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite training for new cleaners including policy, procedures and expectations.
- Oversee the daily operations of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed.
- Coordinate closely with On Call Attendants to ensure support and service coverage.
- Engage with employees and provide support and encouragement.
- Document and report employee misbehavior, performance issues or policy violations.
- Rotate on call duties.
- Aid employees with timekeeping system and monitor compliance.
- Ensure each location is properly stocked with the appropriate supplies and equipment.
- Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate startup, staffing and follow-up for new accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct onsite visits when the cleaner is present spot inspect to ensure quality service.
- Work with office staff to manage cleaning schedule.
- Assist with key/badge management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- 2+ years of prior experience
- Experience working with multi-function printers
- Experience with office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Bilingual – Spanish Language candidates are a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday starting time 5:00PM
Part-time
Biweekly pay starting at $13/hr.
Expected salary: $13 per hour
