Day-To-Day
- Provides a friendly, supportive presence and connection for tenants, visitors and service personnel while at the same time monitoring the building for problems and any safety concerns.
- Assists the Community Director with daily operations of the community as directed.
- Processes applications to include verification of income and previous rental history.
- Checks identification and/or tenant/staff badges of all persons entering the building. Copies and files identification of all visitors.
- Handles all incoming calls by assisting caller or directing to the appropriate person.
- Ensures all resident files are properly maintained based on VOA Texas procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma plus four years general office experience.
- Must have valid Texas driver’s license, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
- 2 Years of prior experience preferred
