Clearance: Portfolio link required with resumeOverview:We’re seeking a Lead UX Designer with deep expertise in Service Design and Systems Thinking to drive the end-to-end design and enhancement of public-facing digital services. The ideal candidate excels in user research, service blueprinting, and process optimization—utilizing both human-centered and AI-driven tools.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research to uncover user needs and system pain pointsDesign scalable service blueprints and workflow mapsFacilitate co-creation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessionsDevelop and iterate service artifacts: journey maps, blueprints, personas, prototypesCollaborate with Agile teams, UX designers, and developers to ensure alignmentIntegrate AI tools to monitor usability, behavior analytics, and predictive improvementPromote accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and inclusive design standardsSupport usability testing, feedback loops, and iterative refinement cyclesRequired Skills & Experience:8+ years in service design or systems thinking in Agile environmentsProven record of system-level UX problem solving and process innovationHands-on with tools: Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, usability testing platformsStrong portfolio showcasing service design artifacts and user research methodologiesSkilled in user research (qualitative + quantitative), contextual inquiry, surveysExcellent communication and workshop facilitation skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with design sprints, storyboarding, and interactive prototypingFamiliarity with accessibility audits and AI-driven compliance toolsKnowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)Comfortable aligning user needs with technical and business goals
