Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher. The purpose of this team is to support SharePoint end to end, which includes everything from the authoring Internet platform to SharePoint as a content management platform. They focus on managing content at scale as part of customers’ workflows.This role will contribute to working on a new area within SharePoint focused on the solution space of content management. There might be some AI work connected to this initiative.Job Responsibilities:
- The main function of a Researcher is to write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions.
- Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Confer with clients to establish technical specifications and determine subject material to be developed for publication.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
- Candidates transitioning from unrelated fields (e.g., market research, product management) or without experience in UX research methodologies such as interviews, concept testing, and usability testing are not eligible.
- The ideal candidate should have strong UX research experience, showcasing solid qualitative skills and familiarity with core methodologies.
- Must possess mixed-methods expertise, including survey design and analysis.
- Experience in a highly technical space is preferred, particularly with exposure to B2B recruitment and product development.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively report and deliver insights.
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage time across different time zones is essential.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with UX research.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with concept and usability testing.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with stakeholder management.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in survey design and analysis, with the ability to design and analyze surveys to understand the frequency and importance of issues identified through qualitative research.
