And we do it all with heart, each and every day.POSITION SUMMARYCVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Director, Software Development Engineering, to lead an engineering team tasked with creating best in class experiences focused on identifying, prioritizing and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Digital Engineering, you will be leading a team of engineers to drive the delivery of our digital products and focusing on digital transformation initiatives. You will assist in creating our next generation platform. This Director will take ownership and utilize exemplary communication skills to support, manage, and mentor engineering professionals with deep and varying technical backgrounds and experience. You should have the ability to lead end-to-end delivery of back-end applications, be comfortable working with both product and architecture teams, understand solutioning at an expert level and be data driven from an ecommerce perspective. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about raising the engineering bar within the team and be cognizant that the success of the team’s work will impact millions of CVS consumers.In this role you will:

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
