You will be working as a remote Freelancer (1099 contractor), and should have a substantial experience executing innovative publicity campaigns in the B2B technology space and/or consumer lifestyle space (including consumer brands, fashion, luxury, travel, food, home, etc., is passionate & enthusiastic about our industry, and uniquely experienced to generate crossover media exposure. Account work done by VP may also include content strategy, creation, and distribution, business development, as well as data-driven reporting & analysis. The Vice Presidents are masters of execution and consistently deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients. You’ll confidently interact with client contacts through email and calls, as needed. You’ll easily navigate responsibilities on multiple clients with great success and show consistent performance across a variety of accounts with an ability to take fluctuations in workload with ease. You learn quickly, rarely make the same mistakes twice, and consistently instill confidence in senior team members.QualificationsDuties include:Work across multiple accounts to consistently produce results within our core services of media relationsEnsure all the team members are aligned on the account goals and needs, and that all of the deadlines are metReview monthly deliverables before they are shared with clientsEnsure PR and Marketing Services initiatives are strategic and help reach client goals and maximize monthly retainerActively participate and contribute to client callsProvide counsel to clients – ongoing and when faced with good news or unexpected challengesProvide thought leadership, generation of sponsorships and partnerships, and crisis communications counsel.Oversee and guide all account team members and help to manage the directions and expectations of outreach initiativesDevelop and foster an exceptional rapport with current and potential clientsEnsuring the strategic value and highest quality of all client deliverablesCommunicating – both verbally and written – regarding strategic client documents and discussionsRespond to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient manner, when neededAssist where needed in writing press releases, pitch letters, and communication plansExecuting all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets on behalf of client and agencyUphold and ensure team members you oversee uphold Trust Relation’s ways of working and client account protocols and proceduresAssist business development team with prospect communication and strategyDeveloping junior team members as neededPerform both ongoing and ad-hoc projects as necessarySkills Required:10+ years’ PR experienceB.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications or related field, preferred based of media contactsMust have both the ability to both work independently without guidance, as well as collaboratively with a teamMust have a well-rounded understanding of real estate marketing spaceMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to meet deadlines without sacrificing qualityOut-of-the-box thinker and creative writerPrevious experience working with teams in multiple locationsA team player and a joy to work with — this is non-negotiable at Trust Relations 😉Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
