Our clients are willing to break through the proverbial glass ceiling to achieve their goals.We are looking to addWe are looking to add a Director of Business Development to the team to lead inbound sales, outbound sales and sponsorships for all seven(7) business units under the Perfect Performance umbrella. This person will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Marketing on a daily basis to ensure that new business is being generated and existing business is being retained.This roles is for you if you are the kind of person that

Core objectives
- Manage all leads in the company CRM
- Execute the company sales strategy and process to convert leads to clients
- Engage with all new clients to ensure they are onboarded properly
- Respond to all phone calls and emails from clients
- Schedule evaluations and facility tours for all new clients
- Make outbound sales calls to other sports focused organizations for partnership and joint venture opportunities
- Secure sponsorships for all sports business assets to include facilities, leagues and club teams.
Requirements and qualifications
- Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact
- Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
- In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRMs and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
- Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed

Expected salary: $45000 – 55000 per year
