Responsibilities:
- Restore/clean recoverable items per instructions to improve the quality of life for your customers; perform other restoration tasks, such as drying, as needed.
- Leave the job site with a clean/orderly appearance.
- Communicate openly with team, be coachable to learn what we do for cleaning, water mitigation, and more.
- Participate in our rotational, emergency-response program that pays incentives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED plus experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 25 miles from our facility
- Has basic mechanical/math aptitude
- Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
