We’re seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to drive the evolution of our sales and marketing technology solutions. This role is crucial in transforming complex sales operations into user-friendly, AI-driven experiences that set new industry standards. The position will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and improve customer experience across our high-profile client projects.The Impact you’ll makeResearch & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth research on sales operations
- Identify critical pain points and improvement opportunities
- Develop data-driven insights to guide design decisions
Design Innovation
- Create AI-driven tools and workflows
- Design end-to-end seller workflows
- Develop standardized sales activities solutions
- Implement automation features
- Set new industry standards through AI integration
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with teams to create unified customer data systems
- Lead design refresh initiatives
- Present complex design strategies through storytelling
- Champion continuous feedback mechanisms
Technical Implementation
- Develop prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Implement Salesforce Lightning design systems
- Create rapid prototypes for testing and refinement
- Build and optimize AI-powered automation solutions
- Design and implement machine learning interfaces
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:
- MUST have a strong design portfolio demonstrating complex solution simplification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Service Design, Interaction Design)
- 5+ years of interaction or product design experience, preferably in sales or SaaS environments
- Proven experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning design systems
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Compensation:
