We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Facilities Cleaning Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices across multiple locations in Detroit. This position offers flexibility with full or part-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock office supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and handling general maintenance issues.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any safety hazards or needed repairs to the management team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all employees and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office cleaning or facility maintenance is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
