Assist with shipping and receiving of college packages (FedEx and UPS). Supports departments with delegated procurement needs and training: Provides product/services research and vendor sources; increase awareness and utilization of HUB vendors; promotes adherence to purchasing guidelines and procedures. Coordinate Finance & Administration meeting and minutes. Knowledge of travel rules and regulations. Assists with travel reconciliation as a delegate and as in general advising for others and sends outstanding travel reminders.Costing Allocations & Accounting: Assist director with Costing Allocations and PCTs. Assist in creating and maintaining college accounts.Operations: Overlooks College vehicles for Kingsville and College Station (scheduling, maintenance, vehicle logbooks, and reconciliation of mileage). Assist with day-to-day business services, such as bank deposits, student reimbursements, Ad Astra scheduling, contract scanning and special projects. Using initiatives, judgments, and experience to perform/relieve for the Office of Finance and Administration routine and administrative matters; assists in developing and/or implementing new or already-established office procedures in the HSC-COP. Creates and maintains accounts.General Business Services: Overlook student payments of swipe card or badge replacement fees and/or student print accounts. Provides excellent customer service to College with regards to F&A questions and issues.
