- $17.50 hourly. At 90 days pay will increase to $20.00 hourly and bonus structure

- PTO and Vacation pay after 90 days
- Ability to use a company vehicle
Shifts: 2nd Shift – 4pm- 2am Must have flexible schedule**Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaning Supervisor:
- Check on employees to make sure they are present and working
- Help employees when needed
- Train employees on cleaning duties
- Quality checks at buildings
- Help correct employees if quality is not met (verbal and/or written)
- Communicate with office management on a regular basis
- Cover cleaning at buildings if necessary (call-in’s)
- Complete nightly reports and logs
Requirements of Commercial Cleaning Supervisor:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to read and communicate with employees, management or customers.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- The employee must be able to operate vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, etc.
- Must have previous cleaning experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must have effective problem solving and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Clean background, drug screen & driving record
