 Participates and/or leads multiple training projects.
 Maintains contact with other organizations, training organizations and associations for the purpose of keeping abreast of new
training developments and courses.
 Recommends changes in methods and procedures. Participates in meetings with customers to gather, convey or exchange
routine information.
 Visits and observes job functions within operational areas as applicable for training needs.
 Completes all Orlando Health mandatory education.
 Initiates process improvement opportunities.
 Proficient in the use of office, audio/video and classroom equipment.
 Completes assignments in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Qualifications:Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree required. Associate’s degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).Licensure/Certification
