Responsibilities
- Clean, restore and deodorize contents and property
- Take pictures of contents before and after washing
- Load and inventory work vehicles with equipment, supplies, and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Respond to emergencies, such as water and fire damage
- Help with assessments and restoration plans
- Communicate with clients about concerns and the restoration process
- Communicate safety hazards and job site findings with supervisors
- Thorough understanding of water, smoke, and mold removal procedures and equipment used. (Training will be provided)
- Light Office cleaning as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Detail oriented is a must
- Strong oral communication skills
- Background in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Occasionally – Lifting objects/property
- Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a part-time to full-time position with flexible hours in house. This position could include longer hours depending on the scope of work. Travel may be required for content inventory in the field as needed.
Expected salary: $18 – 22 per hour
