The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).General Summary of Job ResponsibilitiesThe STARTUP, TESTING, & COMMISSIONING – EPM TECHNICAL/PROCEDURE WRITER is assigned to projects and provides the department’s clients high quality project oversight, training support, and technical writing skills. Guidance and oversight will be provided for the development and/or revision of all operating procedures, alarm procedures, required maintenance procedures, along with training needs and content, development of the training material and schedule, and presentation, affected by the assigned projects.The Sr Commissioning Analyst applies an intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering/commissioning principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields; makes decisions independently on engineering/commissioning problems and methods; and represents the organization in meetings to resolve important questions. Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of his/her field and related sciences and disciplines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
