We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Visual Designer with a strong understanding of design principles, exceptional technical skills, and experience in video editing and illustration. This role requires a designer who can deliver impactful visuals that adhere to brand guidelines while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Production
- Create and produce high-quality graphics for print, digital, and video.
- Develop designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Create illustrations as needed to enhance creative assets and brand storytelling.
- Translate creative concepts into polished final assets, ready for production.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Partner with other designers to refine concepts, enhance visual storytelling, and elevate campaign impact.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs and meet project goals.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain organized workflows and ensure assets are accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with timelines.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring all technical specifications are met, including resolution, color profiles, and file formats.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of final print and digital materials.
- 3D SketchUp knowledge is a big advantage.
Quality Control
- Review and proof designs for accuracy, ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.
- Conduct thorough checks for technical and visual consistency before submitting assets for production.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Strong grasp of typography, video editing, branding, and graphic design trends, particularly within the beauty, cosmetics or fashion sectors.
- Experience managing creative projects in a deadline-driven environment, balancing creativity and efficiency.
- Familiarity with additional tools like SketchUp or 3D software for visualization is a plus.

- Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindset
