The position is full-time, temporary, onsite position in Arlington, VA.ORGANIZATION TYPE: Health ClinicLOCATION: Onsite (Arlington, VA)POSITION TITLE: ReceptionistSCHEDULE: 35 hours/week (M-F, 8:30a-4:30p)DURATION: Temporary (1-2 months)HOURLY PAY: $14.00-$16.00/hourIs This Your Dream Job: This Nonprofit Health Clinic seeks a Receptionist to manage their front desk, answer phones and welcome patients and guests to the clinic. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience, comfortable with cloud-based phone and computing systems, and is available to start immediately. This assignment is full time, onsite in Arlington, VA.Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years’ nonprofit, customer service, and/or receptionist experience
- Spanish proficiency required
- Comfortable answering phones and directing calls
- Proficiency in cloud-based phone and computing systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong customer service skills
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and guests to the clinic
- Answering clinic phones and directing calls, receiving messages and confirming appointments
- Checking in guests and patients for appointments
- Answering general questions and inquiries
- General administrative support and other duties as assigned
