After this period, if necessary, we will extend the opportunity to external candidates.Job Overview: The Career Development Supervisor effectively leads and enhances the provision of employment services for IRC participants including vocational training and employment services (VTES). This position ensures program goals are met and leads quality control for both service provision and contractual compliance, supervises a team of staff and AmeriCorps members and functions as the liaison for training and workforce partnerships.Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:Staff Management

Position Reports to: Economic Empowerment Program ManagerPosition directly supervises: Employment Specialists, Job Placement and Training AmeriCorpsIndirect Supervision: MOED Community Jobs CoordinatorOther Internal and/or external contacts:Internal: Collaborate closely with other departments where there is overlap in client caseload. Coordinate with Finance, Community Relations, and Development teams as needed.External: Community-based organizations, training providers, employers, and workforce agencies.Job Requirements:
